Digital Download Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products sold by WalQalam are digital downloads, including high-resolution JPG, PDF, PNG and EPS files. Digital files are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product will be shipped.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once the purchased files have been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a problem with your files, such as a corrupted file, missing file, or technical issue, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union, applicable consumer rights may provide a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, this right may be lost once the download or access begins, provided that the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal as required by applicable law.
